Mary is a mom who once needed the rehab and fitness programs that she now offers. After two pregnancies, postpartum depression, and the dysfunctions that come with the core and pelvic floor, she decided to do the work, get fit during her third pregnancy, and rehab her core and pelvic floor the right way. As a certified personal trainer specializing in Corrective Exercise, Performance Enhancement, and Pre/Postnatal Fitness, she uses unique and efficient strategies to help other moms physically prepare for birth, recovery, and beyond.

Suffering from Diastasis Recti and Pelvic Floor Dysfunction is much more common than most people think – and can usually be resolved with targeted exercise. Before you start these rehab programs, it is highly recommended you visit  and talk with a Pelvic Floor Physiotherapist.  Before starting any fitness program, get clearance from your doctor.
